Ferrari and Suzuki win best brand titles
There was good news on the brand front for Ferrari and Suzuki this week.
The Italian supercar manufacturer claimed the “world’s strongest brand” title at the World Economic Forum in Davos, while the Japanese manufacturer was named best car brand by the UK’s Institute of Customer Service (ICS).
Honda and Kia came second and third in the ICS index, with last year’s top scorer Skoda down in fifth.
Nobuo Suyama, managing director of Suzuki GB, said: “Continuing to evolve the Suzuki customer experience has been a core focus during recent years.”
In Davos, Ferrari’s Brand Strength Index score of 94.8 saw it overtake global brand leaders like McDonalds, Coca-Cola, Lego and Disney.
